What areas do you service?

We provide private transportation throughout Maine and New England, including Portland Jetport (PWM), Logan Airport (BOS), Boston, weddings, corporate events, private tours, and long-distance travel.

Do you offer airport transportation to Logan Airport?

Yes. Logan Airport transfers are one of our most requested services. We provide private, direct transportation to and from BOS with professional, on-time service.

Is this a shared ride service?

No. All Maine Lift services are 100% private transportation. Your vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for:

  • Summer season
  • Fall foliage season
  • Weddings
  • Holidays
  • Early morning airport departures
What is your waiting time policy?

Airport Pickups

  • 30 minutes of complimentary wait time is included for domestic arrivals.
  • Additional waiting time may be billed at an hourly rate.

Non-Airport Pickups

  • A 15-minute grace period is provided.
  • Additional waiting time may be charged if the delay exceeds the grace period.
What vehicles do you offer?

We provide premium SUVs for smaller groups and luxury Sprinter vans for larger parties, airport groups, weddings, and events.

How many passengers can you accommodate?
  • SUVs: Ideal for 1–6 passengers, depending upon amount of luggage or equipment
  • Sprinter Vans: Up to 14 passengers comfortably
How do I reserve a trip?

You can book through our website form, call directly, or email us. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

What is your payment policy?

Maine Lift accepts:

  • Credit and debit cards (securely processed via Square)
  • Venmo
  • Zelle

Reservations are not secured until the required deposit is received.

What is your refund & cancellation policy?

To secure your vehicle and driver:

  • 30% deposit for SUV trips
  • 50% deposit for Sprinter Van trips

Deposits are non-refundable because your date and vehicle are reserved exclusively for you.

If your plans shift, please reach out — we’ll do our best to adjust timing based on availability.
